How to Delete Your Account

Open the MongolRanger App

Launch the MongolRanger mobile app on your device.

Go to Settings

Tap your profile icon → navigate to the Settings page.

Request Account Deletion

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account". Confirm when prompted.

Email Us (Alternative)

You can also email us at support@mongolranger.mn with your registered email to request deletion.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, photo)
  • Training records and progress
  • Incident reports submitted by you
  • Location data and map pins
  • Notification history

⚠️ Data Retention Notice

Certain aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data (e.g., incident statistics) may be retained for conservation reporting purposes. No personal information is kept after account deletion.
